We oversee the administration and management of contracts made with our clients and their vendors and partners. Our team also provides contract administration and negotiates, supports and manages effective contractual relationships.
Staff Augmentation
Assist our clients by analyzing current administration and staffing to make recommendations or implement change to be effective and efficient. Our response can be project based or corporate wide lending our efforts to assist in restructure methods. We evaluate the existing staff and determine which additional skill sets are required. Our focus is to strategize, plan and execute for increased sustainability by leverage existing resources and external partners. Our objective task is to ensure we assist clients’ objectives.
Human Resources
We understand the most valuable assets our clients have are their employees. We assist our clients in overseeing department functions and effectively managing employees. Provide guidance and oversight in general human resources disciplines including but not limited to compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment and selection.
Training
We assist client in maintaining up to date with the ever evolving legal, regulatory and business landscapes. We facilitate trainings from in person or virtually utilizing advanced technology. The training areas range from human resource related matters to advanced technology.
